  • Minimum Stay: A minimum of 2 nights is required to avail these packages.
  • Group Bookings: For group reservations, please contact us directly at simlipalkhairiresort@gmail.com.
  • ID Requirement: All guests must present a valid government-issued ID at check-in. ID proof is also required for any ticketed inclusions.
  • Unused Services: Package inclusions are fixed; unused services will not be refunded or exchanged.
  • Force Majeure: The resort reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, with suitable alternatives offered where possible.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • If cancellation is done within 14 days of arrival, 30% of the booking amount will be charged.
    • If cancellation is done within 7 days of arrival, 60% of the booking amount will be charged.
    • No-show: No refund will be provided.
