Package inclusions are fixed and cannot be modified. Unused services are non-refundable.
Forest entry permits, vehicle bookings, and other advance reservations are non-refundable once confirmed.
Open Jimny Safari is chargeable, and subject to permit availability.
Sightseeing itinerary may change due to weather, road conditions, or government regulations.

Cancellation Policy

21+ days before check-in: Full refund (5% payment processing charges applicable).
14–20 days before check-in: 40% refund.
7–13 days before check-in: 20% refund.
Less than 7 days before check-in, no-show, or early departure: No refund.
