1. Package Inclusions: Package inclusions are strictly as mentioned and cannot be exchanged, modified or substituted. Unused services are non-refundable.
2. Safari & Experiences: Safari, sightseeing and outdoor experiences are subject to availability, weather conditions and applicable forest/government regulations.
3. Itinerary Changes: Activities or itineraries may be modified due to weather, road conditions, safety concerns or circumstances beyond the resort's control.
4. Additional Services: Any transportation, activities or services not specifically included in the package will be charged separately.
5. Advance Bookings: Confirmed safari permits, vehicle bookings and other reservations are non-refundable once confirmed.

Payment / Refund Policy

1. Booking Confirmation: A booking will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment.
2. Advance Arrangements: Safari, transportation and other special arrangements may require advance payment and are subject to availability.
3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation benefits, including applicable travel vouchers, will be provided as per the resort's cancellation policy.

  • 21+ Days Before Check-in: Eligible for a 100% Travel Voucher of the amount paid, valid for a future stay.
  • 14–20 Days Before Check-in: Eligible for a 50% Travel Voucher of the booking amount paid.
  • 7–13 Days Before Check-in: Eligible for a 20% Travel Voucher of the booking amount paid.
  • Less Than 7 Days / No-show / Early Departure: No refund or travel voucher will be applicable.
  • Non-Refundable Advance Arrangements: Confirmed safari permits, vehicle bookings, transportation and other prepaid third-party arrangements are non-refundable once confirmed.
    Note: One date modification may be permitted, subject to availability and applicable rate differences.

4. Additional Expenses: Any additional services, personal expenses or charges incurred during the stay must be settled before check-out.
