This is the sole official website of Khairi Resorts. Avoid transactions via unauthorised sources to prevent fraud. If you find our property listed elsewhere, or any image displayed on other listings or OTAs, do not book - make direct reservations through our official website or verified contacts.

Terms and Conditions

  • Guests must be at least 21 years old to check in without a parent or guardian, with proper ID like Aadhaar Card, Voter Card, or Driving License, etc. No PAN cards.
  • It is mandatory for the guest to carry their Booking voucher/have the confirmation message at the time of check-in.
  • Standard check-in time is after 11 AM, and check-out time is by 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for free (subject to availability).
  • Guests will be held responsible for any damages caused to the room or resort property during their stay.
  • During power outages, only emergency lights and fans will be available.
  • This property is strictly prohibited for any illegal activities, any explosives, any weapons, & any contraband articles.
  • Guests are expected to respect quiet hours and avoid excessive noise that may disturb other guests.
  • Pets are allowed on the property.
  • Outside food is not allowed on the property.
  • Recording staff or other guests without consent is prohibited.
  • Khairi Resorts reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms and conditions, suffers from fever, is contaminated with any disease or disrupts the peace and enjoyment of other guests.

Reservation and Payment

  • During online booking, the guest can pay the advance via Net banking, UPI, Cards, etc.
  • After any payment, if the guest doesn’t receive any confirmation mail, they need to email simlipalkhairiresort@gmail.com with the payment proof.
  • Guests must request reservation changes: room type, number, or guest count—at least 14 days in advance. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
  • In the resort, the guest can pay through Cash, UPI, Debit/Credit Card only.

Child Policy

  • Children under 8 years old stay free in existing bedding when sharing a room with a paying adult.
  • If a child requires an additional bed, the hotel may charge an extra fee, subject to availability.
  • Parents/guardians are solely responsible for supervising their children throughout their stay.

Privacy Policy

  • We use collected information to manage reservations, provide services, personalise your experience, and share updates about your stay and promotions.
  • We protect your personal data from unauthorised access or loss. Your Name, age, Aadhaar details, and payment details won’t be shared without your permission.
  • Our website uses cookies to improve your experience and gather usage data. You can manage preferences or opt out via your browser settings.

Refund Policy

  • Fully Flexible: Guests can cancel anytime up to 14 days before check-in and receive a full refund. (5% transfer charges will be deducted)
  • Partial Flexible: Guests can cancel anytime up to 7 days before check-in and receive a partial refund of up to 50%.
  • Non-Refundable: During special offers and promotions, cancellations received within 4 days before check-in come with no refunds.
  • No show: Guests who fail to arrive without cancelling will be charged the full amount of the advance.
  • Special Circumstances: We understand emergencies and unforeseen events may occur. Contact our reservations team to reschedule your booking within one year of the original date.
